You may store any item that is owned by you, and that can fit into your storage unit. This excludes illegal property, chemicals and food items.
Stolen goods, firearms, explosives, all food including spices, perishable goods, animals, humans, flammable substances and chemicals.
Storage units cost anything from $2.50 a day, and it all depends on the size and duration needed.
There are various moving companies which can move your items for you. Alternatively, you can hire a trailer or horse float. Our storage units are easily accessible via truck or trailer.We have a forklift on site for pallets and heavier items for tenants who hold a current forklift licence.
As soon as your payment is received. You will receive a swipe card access key for the security gate and you can come and go as you please. Remember to bring a padlock for your storage unit or you can purchase one

You or anyone you authorise will have access to your storage unit. You will be able to access your unit whenever it is convenient for you, during our access hours.
Our facility is protected by CCTV HD camera’s and we are constantly adding more and upgrade as needed. Our camera’s and gate security system are through Balloch Security.
Our cameras are always the latest technology at the time of installation. We have one entry and exit point through a security gate which is accessible via a swipe key card. Our premises are completely fenced off and we are set well back from the main road. We constantly patrol the premises and often do drive arounds on the weekends or after closing hours.

We do not offer insurance for your goods. However, we are approved by Farmers Mutual Insurance (FMG) for storage so we recommend speaking to your existing insurance provider as they may already offer insurance to store your goods. Usually they can just add it onto your existing policy.
Our security gate access hours are 6am until 10pm 7 days a week.
Yes! We have a wash bay which has two hoses. One is a high-pressure hose and is roughly 15m long and our second is a garden hose. Please note: Our customers’ provide their own cleaning brushes or washing liquid.
