So glad I have made the choice to use Alternative Storage. They have all kind of storage options and I chose to use the open yard for my car which exceeded my expectation. It is well fenced, reasonably priced and clean and I feel comfortable leaving my car there for months. Everyone in the team are amazing and helpful from the start until the end. Can't recommend this place enough!!!

When I first met Julia to arrange the storage unit she was so helpful and made the whole process so easy. The unit I used was the perfect size and had just been built it was in the perfect spot. The company is not visible from the road and felt very secure. Nicky & Julia have both been a pleasure to deal with! Storage here is VERY affordable and the best price I found after making at least 5 other enquires so rest assured you're safe with these guys.

This is a fantastic storage yard - it's massive and plenty space for whatever you want to store there. It's owned and operated by a lovely, helpful and extremely friendly Kiwi family! It's very safe and secured. I do recommend this storage yard!

I wasn’t going to come to this one, but glad I visited before making the final call. The place is Excellent. Had my boat stored here… the storage is next to the freeway so getting to lyttleton or heading up to Kaikoura was that much easier and quicker. I only used the open yard but they’ve got all the nice cubicle type warehousing for dry storage (furniture/electronics etc) -Hayden

I stored my car here for a couple months while I traveled abroad. Everyone at Alternative Storage was friendly and helpful. The location is secure and an easy Uber ride from the airport, and I spent much less than I would have had I parked at the airport. Plus, I was able to use the free truck wash station to wash my car before I left!
